    • Limitations: Unable to print variable data, requires artwork in vector format.

    • Advantages: Vivid full-color images, variable data printing, edge-to-edge branding.
    • Limitations: Limited metallic and neon/fluorescent colors, restrictions on white print on certain stocks.

  4. Digital Packaging Print:

    • Advantages: Full-color complex images, variable data printing, instant drying.
    • Limitations: Some colors cannot be produced, cannot print on dark substrates, edge-to-edge branding not achievable.

  5. Digital Print:

    • Advantages: Perceived value, permanent branding, raised effect.
    • Limitations: Only approximate PMS color matches, unable to print variable data, minimum text height requirements.

  8. Imitation Etch:

    • Advantages: Affordability, produces a subtle finish resembling etching.
    • Limitations: Cannot print halftones consistently, curing period required.

  9. Laser Engraving:

    • Advantages: High perceived value, permanent branding, variable data printing.
    • Limitations: Fine detail can be lost on small products, requires artwork in vector format.
